Online Chat With a Financial Counselor Service Expands Hours
Hours for online Chat with a Financial Counselor have been expanded to Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Members can utilize Chat with a Financial Counselor for price estimates for upcoming services and procedures, help understanding medical bills and learning about payment plan options. To access chat, members must be registered on kp.org.

Starting first quarter, we will begin sending an e-newsletter to CO Small Business decision makers. The newsletter will contain information about workforce health resources, updates on new services – like chat, and member care stories.
Launching Phase II of Large Group Direct-to-Employer Campaign
We’re launching Phase II of our B2B direct marketing campaign to encourage key decision makers at large employer groups to consider Kaiser Permanente and ask their broker about us.
